**ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS**

1. In order to participate in WMS Athletics, the Coaches require the following items to be ordered. 1 Dri fit shirt, 1 Dri fit short, 1 Hoody, 1 Sweatpant, and 1 pair of Game socks. These pieces are marked “required” on the online store. Coaches strongly suggest and/or encourage the purchase of additional shirts and shorts as these are worn every day for workout.

2. Player names are added to each item and cannot be returned or exchanged, therefore we strongly recommend coming into the store to try on the items.

3. When submitting your order, it is imperative to use the Athlete's first and last name, not the card holder’s name. All items will be bagged individually using the Athlete's Name and delivered to the Coaches. Using the Athlete's Name helps to avoid confusion when Coaches are trying to pass out workout gear.

4. All items will be printed as a group when the store closes.We do not stock these items in the store for bulk orders, therefore it is imperative that you place your order before the online store closes. To place your order, go online, or go by Rockwall Sports and they can place your order for you.

5.To ensure your order has been successfully placed, please check for an email confirmation. If you did not receive this confirmation, we did not receive your order. Please check your spam folder as this is how we will communicate with you on your order. Please contact us ASAP!

6. Orders placed after the deadline will incur a 15% upcharge and are not guaranteed to be delivered by the first day of school.
